I've got this terrible little (huge) crush on a very close friend of mine. I'm trying to be normal about it because she doesn't really need that energy in her life rn and also I would rather let this quietly shrivel up and die over time than lose her friendship so. If you really don't wanna approach her about it, I'd just try and put some space between y'all where you can without being super obvious. Because being too distant will most likely alert her to something being wrong and it seems like you're trying to avoid that conversation.

Tomorrow would be my first day of classes after 2 years of not being able to study because of the awful panic attacks I got at school. I have worked on myself and my anxiety a lot to be able to go back, I’m really proud of myself and just wanted to share that even if u take a little break, things would take its course and your want to obtain the things that you desire can still persevere.

Hello sorry for tagging. I am very sick, my asthma is at its maximum level, my nose freezes, I have no medicine or food. I am in bad shape financially, I am a black disabled, who uses multiple medications, I pay for my food and lodging

Unfortunately I do not have all the resources to keep me safe, that is why I need your help, whatever you can contribute to me will be of great help.

Me and my best friend are planning a trip to DC in September and I'm so excited! It's one of my favorite cities to visit and my friend has never been before but we both love museums so I'm sure they'll love it.

How do you find the middle ground between processing your emotions in a healthy, nonjudgmental manner and lingering in a negative emotion and obsessively ruminating on things you can’t change? I think I’m getting closer to the right balance but I’m also not sure. Is a morning walk with sad songs in my headphones and a million journal entries helping me experience catharsis, or is it going to make this harder? It feels right right now, but I’m really not sure. I’m not sure of anything really. I just hope that it will be okay.
