Tomorrow would be my first day of classes after 2 years of not being able to study because of the awful panic attacks I got at school. I have worked on myself and my anxiety a lot to be able to go back, I’m really proud of myself and just wanted to share that even if u take a little break, things would take its course and your want to obtain the things that you desire can still persevere.

Hello sorry for tagging. I am very sick, my asthma is at its maximum level, my nose freezes, I have no medicine or food. I am in bad shape financially, I am a black disabled, who uses multiple medications, I pay for my food and lodging

How do you find the middle ground between processing your emotions in a healthy, nonjudgmental manner and lingering in a negative emotion and obsessively ruminating on things you can’t change? I think I’m getting closer to the right balance but I’m also not sure. Is a morning walk with sad songs in my headphones and a million journal entries helping me experience catharsis, or is it going to make this harder? It feels right right now, but I’m really not sure. I’m not sure of anything really. I just hope that it will be okay.
